RepoSweepAgreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Rusty Daemon (“we”). By using RepoSweep (“the app”) or reposweep.app, you agree to them.
Your license
When you buy a license, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app for as long as you keep to these terms. How many Macs a license covers and which updates it includes will be set out here before the app goes on sale.
You may not:
- share, sell, rent or publish your license key
- distribute copies of the app, or modified versions of it
- remove or work around the app's licensing, or its safety checks
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law allows it regardless of this term
The app is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights we don't expressly give you, including the copyright and the RepoSweep name and icon.
Trial, payment and refunds
RepoSweep is still in development and isn't on sale yet. We'll add pricing, any free trial and how purchases are handled here before it goes on sale.
Purchases aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
Updates and ending the license
We may release updates, which these terms cover unless they come with their own. We don't promise updates, support or any particular feature, and we may stop developing the app.
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, your license ends and you must delete the app.
What the app does, and what you're responsible for
RepoSweep moves the build folders you choose to the Trash. It never deletes anything permanently, and you can put items back until you empty the Trash.
The app checks each folder before moving it, but it can't know everything about your projects. Review what you move, check the Trash before you empty it, and keep backups of anything that matters. A cleared project may need to be rebuilt before it works again, which can take time and a network connection.
No warranty
The app and the website are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the app is free of errors or works with every Mac or project.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or time, from using the app or the website. Our total liability for any claim is what you paid for the app in the 12 months before it.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
The website and email list
You may use reposweep.app for personal, lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt it, and don't sign up email addresses that aren't yours. The privacy policy explains how we handle the email address you give us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. A change never takes away a license you've already bought.
